In response to demand there will be full 

New MBSR courses delivered online via the Zoom platform starting in September 2020


                                                                                                                                                                          

Two online courses booking now


1. Monday mornings 

  • There will be a shorter Orientation session on Monday 7th September from 9.30 to 11 am.
  • Then each Monday from 9.30 to 12 noon from 21st September, then  28th September, 5th, 12th, 26th October (please note there will not be a session on 19th Oct), 2nd, 9th and 16th November. 
  • There will be an online Practice Day on Saturday 31st October from 10 am to 2.30 pm.


2. Thursday evenings 

  • There will be a shorter Orientation session on Thursday 10th September from 7 to 8.30 pm
  • Then each Thursday from 7 to 9.30 pm starting on 24th September, followed by 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th October and 5th and 12th November. 
  • There will be an online Practice Day on Saturday 31st October from 10 am to 2.30pm.



Once you have expressed your interest in joining a course, Carole will contact you to arrange a private Zoom meeting. This is an opportunity for you to meet Carole, find out how MBSR might help, or not, in your current situation and at this time in your life. 

MBSR isn't for everyone and it's important at this stage that you have all the information needed to make that decision.


The online course will have the same professional delivery as a face to face group. 

Carole Lacy is a BAMBA listed teacher (British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches)

and follows their strict Good Practice Guidelines.

What is included?

  • approx to 26 hours of teaching over the course
  • Includes a guided retreat over Zoom between sessions 6 & 7 (with an invitation to  attend an all day, in person, group retreat at the first opportunity)

  • Ongoing monthly Staying Mindful sessions are open to graduates of the course.
  • Should you wish to train to teach Mindfulness Based programmes such as MBCT or MBSR  with any of the leading Teacher Training Organisations, or to train to teach with the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP .b and Paws b) this online course satisfies the prerequisite of attending an 8 week MB programme.
  • The invitation to join future Retreat Days.

The cost of the full online course and the invitation to join an optional

 'in-person' All Day Retreat to celebrate the end of social distancing is 

£150.00 (usually £175)

A £25 deposit will secure your place (fully refundable should the course be cancelled by Mindful Stream) 

 The balance becomes payable before the start of the course.

Please note, there will be a maximum number of ten people on these courses. There is also a minimum number need to make a group viable. In the case of minimum numbers not being reached you will be offered a place on the next available course or your deposit will be refunded in full.
